Went to the store last week to check whether the address change had finally been changed by the head office after 2, 5 months. Unfortunately this had not changed yet. This was only necessary to be able to pay the bill, which will soon be sent again, from our fixed telephone line at home. The employee was friendly but started her well-known sales pitch. That the land line would go out but good news was that we could take a total package while maintaining our own number. She did not know the reason why the fixed line would disappear. That was stated so by the head office without giving a reason. After having reported twice that I only came to check out our new address and not for a new subscription, I just left again. Change of address was only possible via the head office. Later we spoke with the head office by telephone and once again passed on our correct address. It turned out that the story of the disappearance of the landline was not at all correct. So received incorrect information in the store. Let's hope that the KPN has finally registered the correct address for us.
