Worthless, 8 minutes before 6:00 pm for an appointment. Could go right at 7:45 pm .. have waited 45 minutes / 1 hour, and then went home. Those highly probable 2 broken and dislocated fingers will wait until Monday. Tape them yourself, enough medication at home. Save yourself! Worthless HAP! Then say at the Balie van he, dr is an emergency waiting time is an hour, then I could have just gone home. (Lives close to the zknhuis)

Awfully badly helped by telephone. The bottom line was that if they had to let through all the so-called 'emergencies' it would become rather busy. However for us this was an emergency (son of 1 did not stop bleeding on his head after a fall). We were not understood and treated very carefully.

Probably a GP whose shift was almost over. 2.5-year-old son complains of a severe stomach ache, lies in a fetus position on the bed, 40.2 degrees while he has paracetamol, pain when he is pushed on his stomach. The advice: let him sleep well and he will feel better .. no further research is needed Edit: What a lack of empathy ... we are not going to the GP for all of you.

Today I went to the GP because my son was bleeding like a cow and had a serious wound on his chin. Out of panic we drove there and brought our son there screaming and covered in blood. Unfortunately, the GP post was still 'closed' (even though there were clearly doctors, etc. present) and the lady behind the desk sent us to her own GP. It is a great pity that we had to go to the other side of Gorinchem again with traffic jam etc. Someone could have looked at him. Very disappointing if you stand there with your child on your arm.

Helped very well at the GP post. A knowledgeable lady on the phone who does ask a lot of questions, but this to assess the situation properly. Once at the GP post, a friendly welcome from the ladies at the desk. The waiting time was not too bad. I have been well helped the doctor and I am happy that there is such good care outside office hours!
