animal hospital Because of you our noxy could no longer be saved. See money first, then help. Because of your action died. If they had helped 5 hours earlier when we called you, she would have been alive now. Real animal hospital Gorinchem you have really failed. We have done everything to save our noxy through your failure and say tis not threatening she is now deceased. What are you going to do about this? Saying that it was not an emergency, but it was.

We were not helped for our cat, a prolapse was not life threatening and therefore not urgent. Yes, we were able to pay first. Finally put our cat to sleep at another vet, she could not be saved anymore. Uninformed and for us, Gorinchem animal hospital has been removed from the list. We have now had contact with Gorinchem animal hospital, we have decided and they are going to tackle it. It is nice that we were able to close it like this.

This morning we went to this animal hospital with our cat Molly. She was 23 years old and worn out, so we had to make an appointment for euthanasia with a heavy heart. We were received in a separate room by vet Birgit. How immediately it felt good, she took the time and we could tell our story and meanwhile she put Molly at ease. She explained to us how she was going to perform the euthanasia, first let the cat go to sleep peacefully, then step by step the next phase. She retreated so that we could deal with our feelings and our cat, really this super great caring vet Birgit made sure that we were able to go through this emotional process with a very good feeling, thank you so much you are a winner!

My dog entered the door with her paw. Was not limping but had a small swelling and wanted to know if she had been damaged. X-ray made showing something else that she had "heavy" deformations. According to the vet, some joints did not move as they should, but at home with my other dog the joints moved just a moment. With a very bad prospect of any surgery, we were sent home. My dog used to run over the dike without pain despite the complaints at full gallop ... now she does nothing at all and can only walk 10 meters ... then collapses at a second and a '' third '' opinion (Breed specialist had looking at the collected material (as well as two vets), it appears that surgery is not necessary and that the growth has disappeared, but they have had a dog that is completely different and a stock of painkillers. Completely limp that squeaks in pain. Of course we have to wait for recovery. After 3 days of not sleeping, I am relieved that it will pass. I am dissatisfied with all unnecessary fuss and tell us a story with an erroneous prospect that tears came to our eyes. Thank you further for your help and good care!

Our tomcat was operated on here on an entropion (inward curling eyelid). Have blood tests done in advance because of the sensitivity to anesthesia and the operation went very well. After two weeks, remove the stitches and the chronic inflammation is gone. Our hangover is wonderfully cheerful weather and visibly enjoys life more. Also called after the operation how our hangover is doing. Very satisfied with the (after) care.
