A total ripoff! They say on the website that orders over 90 euros are free but they charged me 14 euros to send my order. They say that the order will arrive after 2-5 days, but we have been waiting more than 2 weeks! You call their call center and they have no record of your name, nor when you give them the order number. A real catastrophe in terms of organisation.

Ordered corrective pants two weeks ago. Would contact. Until today nothing heard. Have called several times but no answer. You will be told in the store that they do not answer the number with unknown number. Very strange. And not really customer friendly.
