Very friendly staff, and the food was delicious. I had a salmon salad, which doesn't sound like a culinary high flyer, but it was!! Loaded with salmon and perfectly dressed salad underneath. Loads of outside space with smoking and non smoking sections.
I've seldom been treated so condescendingly: Card thrown on the table, eternally ignored and grinning stupidly when ordering, asking if you were really sure about the order. I've never seen anything like it. The second waiter was at least more courteous, unfortunately too late. We will definitely not come here anymore.
A nice pitstop after a biketrip near the canal the Ringvaart watching board passing by!

Busy, popular place. Food was OK, but table placing, particularly if you want to be near the water, is very hit or miss.
Prices have gone up but service & quality has gone downhill in last two/three years. Ceaser salad €15.50 - bulked out with ijsberg lettuce, little bit of Romaine round the outside, processed chicken slices and packaged crispy bacon, no anchovies and dressing squirted on instead of being tossed.
