For a long time I doubted where to buy my sauna. It was a bit like comparing apples with pears, because Bastu was the only one who advised elemental sauna and that is simply a bit expensive. I went for them because of the thinking, service and transparency. The reviews were also very positive and Steef came across as professional. The sauna was installed today. The first impression: GREAT work !!! The 2 craftsmen who came to place it were also friendly, neat (they were still vacuuming and cleaning the door). Small details that give the ultimate experience.

Top service and the sauna is delivered super fast. The assembly was also a piece of cake thanks to the good preparation of Steef! In short, very satisfied! Now unfortunately we have to wait for the power connection by the network supplier before we can actually use the sauna.

During my tour of companies that sell saunas, I was immediately charmed by the "Bastuga". Beautiful in shape and what a great finish. The professional explanation and enthusiasm of the makers immediately gave a good feeling. Custom made on request! Fast delivery time, great guidance on placement. What a luxury to have your own outdoor sauna! It is beautiful among the trees in the garden. The stove works fine. I have the feeling that I am at a holiday park in my own garden. Really enjoy.

We are very well informed when purchasing the sauna at Bastu. Have visited a number of cases but had a good feeling about Bastu. Feeling has not let us down, are very satisfied with the quality and service of Bastu. Thanks again Steef and Cen
