Have experience with this company. Have ordered several times via another 'Spirit' webshop. Now also ordered football boots for my son. They do exactly what is indicated and what I expect. No negatives. If I have questions, they are always answered quickly. Keep it up Spirit Company!

Give it 1 star because but actually this store doesn't even deserve it !! I had put some sportswear in my shopping cart and wanted to pay for the item but one item was discounted and saved € 3 with checkout. I contacted one of the stores and they had exactly the same. All websites and stores have the same price, but when you place them in your cart you suddenly see that the items are more expensive. Called the manager about this and he says: "it is what it is and you can order it for the more expensive price or not." I had a decent amount in my shopping cart, but after the remark and the silly difference of € 3, I prefer to buy where you as a customer are helped in a decent way. Very unprofessional and rude way of communicating and selling!

Have ordered a pair of football boots. Upon entry, both the model and size proved to be incorrect. Get from VoetbalGeest casually told that this was known to them and if I could send the shoes back but on entry I could get another pair. Tasty solution of their own mistake. I had to order shoes for a higher price somewhere else because I needed them quickly. My old ones were broken after all. I have sent them back and would be within 14 !!! days receive my money. After 14 days of no money, it turned out that something "wrong" had gone there. After 17 days finally my money also returned. I will never order anything here again, a bad service and complaint handling!
