Edit: One day after the review, the store owner reported the review below as inappropriate. Then again and with 1 star instead of 2. And when it is removed again we will make it a party and this review will be on every review platform I can find. Review: My girlfriend and I entered the Blokker in Roelofarendsveen about 5 weeks ago. We had recently lost one of our last long drink glass and we thought it was time to buy a new set. In the Blokker in Velp we had seen very nice glasses at the Blokker there during our holiday in the Hoge Veluwe and we hoped that our Blokker also had them. They were indeed on the shelf here too, but only a few. We wanted 12 pieces, so we asked the shop assistant behind the counter. We were kindly helped. The woman first checked whether she could order them online. That was not possible, she discovered. She then suggested ordering them for the store stock. They would come in on Monday and we could get them on Wednesday. She would call us when they came in, but if she forgot that, it is best to call herself or visit us on Thursday. We left our name and number and waited for the call. That call never came, so my girlfriend went to the store. The same lady in the store seemed hardly aware of ordering. There were now 6 glasses on the shelf. She remarked that she had received too little. That sounded a bit like an excuse, but anyway. She suggested that my friend buy these 6 now and that she would order 6 extra glasses for the store again, which would come back on Monday and that she would call again on Wednesday, or - if she forgot - pick them up on Thursday. My girlfriend didn't do that. You will just see that, if you buy 6 where you want 12, then they may no longer be available and we have to set up a kind of yacht for a Blokker with some of these glasses. No, we ordered 12 so we want to leave the store with 12 pieces. So the employee went to order another 12, which arrived on Monday, etc. So we wait another week for a call. You might already guess; no phone call. My girlfriend will go there again on Friday. The store employee seemed to remember more now. There were now several more on the shelf. "Again not received enough." And therefore not over called. She made the comment to my girlfriend that "If she had brought the 6 last time, she would have had enough now." That made us a bit wrong. That's why we don't order them. It is also about to run; if she had kept those 6 apart (as I think it should be if someone ordered something) and the next 6 she would also have sold 12 glasses. Come on. We went online at home with a description of the glasses. What turned out? So they were indeed on the Blokker website. However, where they cost € 1.79 in the store, they are online for a scoffing € 11.88. Hmmm, no, he won't. Presumably this is a typo and there is a 1 too much before the comma. We are still looking if we could find the contact details of customer service, but Blokker does not do that. It goes from box to wall and from their FAQ you click through until you come back to their FAQ so that you can see if your question is there. We still found the same glasses at a Belgian distributor, but they cost € 4.55. We thought that was too expensive. That is why we went to the Blokker in Leiden. If our own Blokker does not work and they are multiple times more expensive online, we thought it best to try another branch. We literally live around the corner from this Blokker in the peat, but good. I do not charge this blocker for what happened there, but have had almost the same experience there as here.
