I have placed orders with this company several times, always went well. You have a regular customer to me! Besides tennis, I also walk often, so I recently bought shoes via Wandel-Geest, no negatives. As far as I am concerned TOP company!

What a terrible service. Order something online via Bol.com (which I do 200 x per year). After receiving the order, I suddenly receive an email three weeks later, because according to them I have reversed the payment (which is not possible at all via ideal), and whether I want to pay within 8 days via a link and otherwise I will receive a reminder / collection cost. As it turns out, when you checked with bol.com the order was indeed canceled and refunded (amount). This is because this store did not respond on time to shipping information request from bol.com, so it's your own fault. But this is not put in the mail, no it is purely my fault. Of course I don't like this and want to send the order back for this reason. May I suddenly pay for a return shipment (while the site says that this is free). order is still at my home, i.a.w. a return label or another way to return it free of charge. Nothing to buy, poor service and dog cheeky.

The company looks very credible but I don't think it even exists. Order placed and paid but you will not receive an order confirmation. They cannot be reached by telephone either!
