Ordered bulbs as well as Dahlia tubers here. Bulbs were delivered promptly, in beautiful packaging that made my heart so happy! Sustainable packaging is also always a big plus for me. I needed to change an order and the communication was very prompt. I can't wait to receive the tubers! I will 100% be buying from you again in the future. This year I had to cancel my booking due to the covid-19 pandemic. I mailed them about the situation and they replied very quickly that they will give a refund. What hit me was that they will charge €5 administration fee per person and I bought for 4 person.
It really surprised me, because the measurements that are implemented by the Dutch government are as followed:
- Social distancing (1.5m)
- Not more than 3 people
- Stay as much home
If you would ignore the first 2 rules you will get a fine of €400.
So it was inevitable for me to still go and risk my family and friends health to see the flowers. That’s what I didn’t like about there handling or flexibility of the current situation.
