I visited the property in December 2020. I visited the property in December 2020. Despite the fact that a pandemic is ongoing and due to restrictions not all services were available stay was very successful. I believe that value for money is ideal. The service of the guests is provided at a very high level. In every case, the contact with the employee was really nice. The room is perfectly clean, neat, decorated so that you can feel at home. The hotel has taken care of every detail, which is decisive for the fact that the stay is pleasant. Surely if there is an opportunity, we will choose this hotel again

Baddest Hotel on planet the people are racist I think it's better to find other job, not friendly you're not welcome at all. if you walk right next to them they will look at you with angry face.

I am extremely disappointed that I even considered giving this hotel business. I had a trip scheduled for the beginning of May and had to cancel due to travel restrictions from my country due to COVID-19. Also I was going to be traveling with my parents who are of higher risk for the virus. I had several hotels booked around the Netherlands for this trip and most were very gracious in giving us vouchers for our reservation so that we can postpone out trip. This hotel was the only one to refuse to give a voucher which I found extremely upsetting in these unprecedented circumstances. I would have certainly rebooked with them had they given us a voucher for our stay, as I do understand the burden that COVID-19 has had on the hospitality industry. However, I am very dissatisfied with their poor decision and I will now never give them my business.

Stayed here for a work training trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was clean, warm and comfortable. I was lucky to have room 121 which was large, bright and airy. My colleagues had rooms on the opposite side of the corridor and they were a lot smaller and very dark, even with the lights on. Think I got the better option. The breakfast was really good and they catered for gluten free too, bringing out gf bread every day for two of us. The dining room come bar was good with some great window tables. The main front reception are was light and airy too and felt a bit like ship. Would definitely stay here again of I was travelling to this area. The train station is about 10 mins walk and there are buses too also about 15 mins walk away. We went into Amsterdam with no problem. On both bus and train (trains are quicker). Although we didn't dine at the hotel in the evenings, there are plenty of places to eat locally which are amazing.
