After a long time I went back to Sport and Fitness in the familiar Leimuiden. Together with a friend I started the 8 week fit plan under the guidance of the fun and enthusiastic Soraya. Super how you are guided by her. To weigh and measure the Week to achieve your goals and what to do best with your diet, brought great results. Nothing is possible (after all, you go there for yourself). The gym itself is super clean and uncluttered. There is enough space and you don't have to wait unnecessarily long to do your exercises. In addition to sweating, there is also a lot of fun that I missed in the larger impersonal clubs.

We (me and neighbor) have now started more than 4 weeks at this gym. the review below really surprised me, since my (our) image is very different from the one below. We were warmly welcomed at the first entry. We had a pleasant conversation with the lady at the "reception". here also received a lot of information about how and what about the gym. After this we almost immediately went to work personally with the owner of the gym. she was super helpful (since we have not exercised for 8 years) and also got to know her personally. The atmosphere is very cozy and you will be welcomed with open arms by all athletes. There is a very nice atmosphere in this gym, you are encouraged and there is a lot of laughter. Prices are great for the atmosphere and cosiness that you get in return. I highly recommend this gym for the personal attention you get, which is set up exactly to the needs of the athlete. In the Sports and Fitness Leimuiden gym, customer focus and service are hard to find. Subscription prices are adjusted just like that. Lessons are deleted (definitively) in an appropriate way without a clear explanation. And the climate control is very bad: in the summer the air conditioning is hardly used, the owner of the gym thinks it is too expensive! Instead, all windows and doors are opened as standard, so that you are constantly on the trek as an athlete. Also, in the winter is not fired so the gym is too cold. There are no heating plates anywhere. This is the climate policy of the gym and with complaints and feedback the owner does nothing. The only response you get is: If you do not like it, you're going to find another gym. This is what we have done. Our conclusion: find another gym where you are treated as a customer. Members quickly say in this gym and rightly so. Be warned!

Nice and professional staff. They are always there for you. The subscription includes personal sports advice. My wife always participates in the sports / dance lessons while I can work out upstairs. The visitors are all from the neighborhood and are always ready to give each other tips and spot each other. In any case, I feel very welcome. The building is very big, so you don't get in anyone's way. Everything is also visibly very hygienic.
