Food was ok, service was quiet unfriendly and they only had a Dutch menu. Don’t order the cheese sticks

Tourist trap : nice location, overpriced bumptious food and pathetic service.

A beauty of a location.

My family has booked 4 rooms in this hotel at a total cost of approximately 2,500 €. Two of the rooms are on the first floor. Last night we had almost 40 degrees in the rooms upstairs. No air conditioning, no van available. No ice or cold drinks offered. Windows can only be opened partly. Fire alarm (possibly because of high temperatures???) went off at 22:30, staff didn't know what to do. No explanation or apology offered or any sort of customer service. We are very unhappy and will leave early because we don't feel welcome at all.
