Interesting collection, nice gift shop, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Must see to appreciate the history of artists in Domberg. The sculpture garden is peaceful for a cup of coffee and Sunshine.

This is a small and well-organized museum (Museum Jaarkaart is valid), an oasis of tranquility just hidden away behind the busy shopping street in the heart of Domburg. In addition to a permanent collection with drawings and sketches (including Toorop), there are also temporary exhibitions in which the garden is also involved. Unfortunately, a number of inaccessible earthlings have taken the bizarre idea of ​​banishing this museum to an area where mainly beach visitors and dune walkers come along - and only in suitable weather conditions - and with which the art-loving public will hardly take the trouble to reach this remote corner of Domburg to travel to visit a single museum. It would not surprise me that the number of visitors will plummet. Just look at a similar unwise decision about the DUNAatelier in Katwijk aan Zee: location away from the shopping area to the dune side, 60% extra area, and declining visitor numbers. MTVP, watch your case!
