Bought Honda cr-v 2000. APK valid to 2018-05, so just believed about good condition: Dead tyres (i mean totally zero!) Leaking sunroof (and not original) Car had an accident in the back and fixed really really badly Drivers power window not working Mirror not working (driver) Central lock not working No key fob BODY all around have huge hits Smells fish inside No carpets All engine belts have to be changed except air-conditioning ... Maybe something more that i don't know yet... Trying to find out what is with the suspension. Advertisement was telling that the condition don't have issues, but I still have fun to fix everything... Can't complain directly, because the car is in another country already. Don't trust.

We have never reviewed a dealer before, but they deserve one. We are very happy with the service. The owner is very friendly and met us with a nice deal. Recently bought a car and traded in at Henk, I am very pleased with his handling, accessibility and service! Recommended!

Been here a year ago for a car with a low budget, passed with a Ford Mondeo from '93 and Henk was immediately honest about the fact that the exhaust had a leak, a partially rusted left front hood and there was some uncertainty about the timing belt . But no problem, we screw the cover open and look at it, we had to be able to drive it for at least a year and we succeeded, Henk even asked if we had already done the braking test and did it ourselves once more good haha. I could even drop my car ready for demolition at its private address when it was already closed (seems to me very reliable if your customers even arrive at your private address). I am afraid that the inspection will now be too expensive so if I can find the right car I will definitely buy it from Henk Klaassen. Highly recommended!

In May 2017 I bought a Seat Ibiza station from 2010 here which I regret afterwards. During the test drive, I noticed that the steering wheel vibrated considerably with soft braking. I then indicated this with the request to look at this and to resolve it. Henk Klaassen's conclusion was that there was nothing wrong and that I could go 'safely' because there was nothing wrong with it. After driving the car for a week found that the problem did not go away and the steering wheel continued to vibrate with soft braking. I then took the car to a garage to determine what the problem was. Out of the bus came: crooked brake discs. This was discovered fairly quickly, which gave me the impression that an experienced used car dealer should have known very well and was able to establish when purchasing that there were curved brake discs. However, this has not been communicated beforehand. Obviously contacted Henk Klaassen and presented the situation and agreed that new brake discs and brake pads would be mounted for which I would pay half. I am now more than three months later, but unfortunately I am back to square one. Again I suffer from a vibrating steering wheel when braking. This is of course never possible after three months and normal use. Confidence has completely disappeared and this is the reason for this negative review. In other words, the purchase of this car from Henk Klaassen has caused a lot of frustration and anger. I would therefore strongly advise against this occasion dealer as the reliability and honesty leave something to be desired.
