Brasserie Blush

The ambience is visually pleasant, in the conventional international style of the day (enjoyable view of the marina) though it is extremely loud inside. Whether it was owed to language issues or the brutal acoustics, the service made a number of ordering errors and was not particularly attentive in general. The food ranged from very good (beef skewers, oysters, mussels, lavender parfait) to mediocre (smoked salmon, sea bass on local greens, both of which were not very flavorful and the latter dish prepared with too much cooking oil). Summary impression: Expect decent bistro cuisine. Lots of potential was left unfulfilled on this occasion, more so in the service than in the kitchen. Sit outside if the weather permits.

Our visit to Blush was underwhelming. Maybe it was because of the social distancing setup, but the restaurant felt a bit soulless. We enjoyed our seafood main course, but attention from the staff was limited. It took a long time to get new drinks and the excuse why a certain drink was not available was akward at best. The main waiter was very friendly though, so could be we just had a bad experience here.

Great service, nice place, helpful and friendly staff! Take-away (during Corona) is also recommended. Thanks and until next time!

A very good restaurant in Kamperland. Excellent service, very attentive. We read through the other reviews beforehand. These are incomprehensible after we ate there ourselves. Great establishment, we will definitely eat there more often when we go back to Kamperland.

Drink + snack eaten here. Nice coffee and friendly service. Wonderfully quiet location and enough space in the case to maintain corona measures! Unfortunately, something had gone wrong with our order, so we had to wait a long time for our lunch .. Very well handled by the maitre, so that made up for it! Definitely recommended if you want something more luxurious than the standard lunch in the area. Tip: if you have dishes off the menu, recommend it, I would have been interested in choosing that anyway! 😄
