The location is the only positive experience about this hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms do not have neither fridge nor complimentary water or tea in the room. The matrasses are not comfortable. The quality of the breakfast is rather low and the service provided is rather bad. I would not recommend it anyone.

Very disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel to friends! Reasons: 1. Staff don't care much about their guests. Not skilled if it comes to serving guests - it feels that the hotel is run by a bunch of interns/newbies. 2. Mattresses worn out. No intention to help. Ignorant 3. Noise pollution from nearby local airport (mentioned nowhere on the website). Aircrafts taking-off literally every 2 minutes 4. Location at the laguna this is not comparable to being directly on the seaside 5. Restaurant no value for money - very expensive. Conclusion: The top management is keen to keep the service effort at lowest level in order to reduce cost and at the same time increasing rates. Cash cow! but no benefit for the guests. I don't want to see these hotels in a couple of years time when they are fully run down due to low investment (at the moment they are still new-ish).

A very nice place! Literally hidden gems! Far from the crowd, but amazing view and place. Definitely will go back on summer!

I am super disappointed about the hotel and restaurant. 1) the rooms doesn’t have fridge and no water inside the rooms and this is not definition of 4 stars hotel. 2) matters and pillows are not comfortable. 3) the restaurant with lots of untrained people, no supervisor and management. Not recommend...
