Wenn booked a place for 3 people in April. Today, they didnt know anything about a booking or Reservation from us and they had no room left. Very unreliable Bad place!!

Rented a chalet here last week. Chalet B. A super nice chalet! Nice interior (only broken table) nice bathroom and good beds! Why the 2 stars, on the site it says that there is a lot of organization and that pony can be ridden. It also says that there are chips evenings in the summer months, because there are summer months we knew that those chips nights would not be there. Much to the disappointment nothing was organized at all and there were no other guests at all for the first days, an empty campsite! Nice, but for a 6 year old boy it would have been nice if there had been other children. After a few days, 1 family joined. We understand that the Corona time has caused cancellations, but it would have been nice if we had been informed in advance that there are no children and nothing is organized. Then we could have prepared our child for this. On the evening of arrival I asked when pony rides can be ridden, this was also one of the reasons that we chose this campsite, the owner indicated that her daughter has to work all week so that pony riding is difficult but she comes back to it. The last evening I indicated that we regret that we have not heard anything more about pony riding, etc. Then the owner indicated that our son could still ride the pony the morning of departure. Beautiful chalet, a few small points, 1 potholder is a bit inconvenient, broken kettle cord, WiFi really bad. No connection now, let alone if there are more people on the campsite, this also indicated to the owner, she would look at it but no improvement. On arrival there were a lot of blowflies and mosquitoes in the chalet, this was because there are no screens on the windows. Maybe a tip to place it. Watching the cows is fun. Again beautiful chalet, but never again for us. Never experienced a campsite that is so empty, where the playground equipment is outdated and the WiFi is so bad. Unfortunately.
