Minicamping Leeuwendamme

A week of autumn holidays at camping Leeuwendamme in Serooskerke is certainly not a punishment. A lovely and tidy campsite with very large pitches (200m2) and friendly and helpful owners. For example, they made wooden deck parts available to us for under the awning floor and there was always a friendly word. Due to the bad weather conditions (regular rain) the field became more and more soggy, so that we could understandably no longer leave the car on the spot. The sanitary facilities are clean and modern. No use of coins for hot water makes it complete and welcoming. If you book in this area during the autumn holidays, you have to take into account the potatoes and beets that come from the land and that causes environmental noise and a lot of mud on the roads. Furthermore, there is of course a lot of activity of large agricultural vehicles from early in the morning until late at night (once even until 3 am!) So late risers are out of luck! The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy walking and cycling. Villages such as Veere and Oostkapelle, but also larger cities such as Middelburg, Vlissingen and Goes are worth a visit. Westhove Castle between Oostkapelle and Domburg is certainly fun with, but also without children! We can certainly recommend camping Leeuwendamme! We will certainly remember the campsite if we visit this area again in the future.

A surprisingly beautiful campsite with beautiful sanitary facilities. No hassle with coins for the shower or friends who want to come by. Very hospitable and we will definitely be back!
