Dear people. This so-called dealer cannot be trusted for any reason. I verbally bought a Tiguan this morning and had contact with Mr. Kees Neele about it. After some email contact this morning had 2 phone contact and agreed a price for which I bought the car. I live in Amsterdam and made an agreement with him that I would drive to Vlissingen tomorrow to complete the agreement. I was very surprised when I received a call this afternoon by a colleague of Mr. Kees Neele to say that someone has just taken a test drive and that the car has been sold. Mr. Kees Neele with whom I made the appointment was apparently not man enough to call me. When I had expressed my surprise at the practices of this company, Mr. Neele's errand boy was made fun of the fact that no purchase contract had been made with me and that they are in their right. I think an oral appointment is also an appointment. I have read the reveus of this company and I am clearly not the first and will not be the last to whom they do this. Beware and don't trust this company. Ps. I tried calling Mr. Kees Neele on his direct number a few times and he did not answer or call me back. What he did very quickly this morning, he has not responded to my email so far.

They have a strange way of doing business here, apparently the money goes for the customer. We were interested in a black Audi and were negotiating with the seller, after we had responded to the seller's proposal and we were asked to come up with a counter-offer suddenly the car disappeared from the website and we got a the next day email that the car was already sold. If you are negotiating with a customer who is interested in a car, you are not selling the car to someone else, are you? Apparently that is described somewhere according to the seller, but we think it is a strange way of doing business, we were offered a different and more expensive blue Audi where the price for the trade-in was suddenly possible. We have a strange feeling about car Poppe Vlissingen.

We are very satisfied with the purchase of our used car at Auto Poppe. At first we had requested a trade-in proposal on a car that was just sold during our application. Seller Kees Neele responded very proactively and made a nice proposal for another car. After a test drive and pleasant and open communication, an agreement was quickly reached. We have already bought a car from quite a few dealers, but Auto Poppe is one of the better in our opinion.
