We are from Miami and were looking for a car to have while we stay here in the Netherlands. We found a car online from them and from the time we called to inquire about it, until we arrived to see the car, they were so helpful!!!! Dion took such good care of us and he was so helpful!!!! Bought a BMW 316 touring. Seemed like a neat car with few km. But an import car. Anyway, but bought and now have many problems with it, they have called and they have more forwarded to their regular garage yellow car, chip but reset but the problem not solved. While it is so simple and wash ff on the bridge and you see the bottom plate covered with oil. Camshaft sensor is broken and the oil screw thread is broken. Pretty simple things that you could see if you had put it on a bridge. Good buy becomes expensive. It is a pity that they respond with "you get the VAT back" of the repair. So I advise everyone to have your car inspected when you buy here. And not by yellow car. Too bad they treat potential future customers like that. I will never buy here again !! Not called the 2nd time but called the 4th time, now also not going to be fair. And I gave you 2 the chance. To come to a solution. Your own garage has not seen the problem, while it is so simple and the risk would have been for me if it had not been properly repaired. This repair is done by an authorized BMW garage. This is such a shame you are trying to clean yourself up. Repair costs 189 euros. You propose the VAT back. About 40 euros is almost the gasoline cost to drive back and forth to you and receive it back for a car of almost 100 the price of the car. You should be ashamed.

Willingly and knowingly selling a car with problems, and that for a car of a sloppy 8000, - is a real shame .... Even the coffee is not recommended .....
