I buy a watch from the Guess brand and then give them a package from the Fossil brand, because you have nothing else. As a well-known jeweler, I don't think this is possible. I think this is so weird and unprofessional. A customer pays more than 100 euros for a brand watch as a gift and then you give me a strange tin of packaging from a completely different brand. Very unfortunate!

Horrible service. My friend's size wanted to buy a bracelet worth 300 euros. While my friend and his mate were looking at which bracelet he would like to try, I was looking at the earrings. Meanwhile, the bracelets were lined up and my friend's size started to fit them one by one. When my friend said "you should try this one too, it is also nice" said the seller "sir, I help 1 someone at a time want to take you one step back?" When my friend explained that he belonged to the boy she was ringing at the time, she paused and church surprised. Then when I paid for a pair of earrings, the lady said to my friend, "well, you're the only one who doesn't buy anything now. Too bad, aren't you?" I have never seen anything so derogatory like this. It is that I only heard the latter when we got home, otherwise I would have gone back to address the employee (with her nameplate upside down) about her unsealed behavior.

Been by for a new watch. I was helped very well and was allowed to fit as much as I wanted. Furthermore, I had a good explanation of what to do if you see moisture in the watch and the warranty explanation. Very good service and a nice new watch. ♡
