Good international spiced rum selection ! Order twice from them! Always delivered in time! Good comunication also!
I had an issue with incorrect invoicing addresses.
So I mailed and called the help desk: they systematically refused to correct the address mistake "by order of their director". This more or less equals fiscal fraud in regards to their own bookkeeping. Stay away from these scammers.

Ordered White Claw got Stelz, a way cheaper variant, and after contacting them to refund me the difference, they made me take several pictures of the front and back of the cans and line them up in a specific way, every single time with a different request from their part.
Understand the need to verify but Stelz only has one presentation 250 ml. and claiming the opposite, makes me feel like they don't trust or believe their clients and that they either do not have availability of the products they advertise or make mistakes and do not own them!
My review is consistent with others here. DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THEM!
Horrible customer service.
Made a rather large order split over 3 boxes, each almost 20kg. PostNL didn't deliver claiming nobody was home. We were home at the time and couldn't have missed the courier. Boxes got eventually delivered to parcel shop couple km away, but impossible for us to pick from there due to box size/weight and the fact we don't have a car.
Drankgigant offered 0 solutions, even dared to offer ship back and ship again if we pay shipping costs and did hint between the lines that we are lying and were not home when delivery happened.
Never ordering again.
