We had booked several times through the provider. Unfortunately this year we were very disappointed. We planned a wonderful week to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. However, this was spoiled a bit by the condition of the house and the customer service. The basic cleaning of the house was inadequate, the crockery drawers were very dirty, two of the three rooms smelled strongly of cold sweat (even cleaning again and changing the bed linen ordered couldn't change this). Furthermore, the interior of the holiday home looked very mixed up and partly shabby. The house is designed for 8 people, has a very small refrigerator in the kitchen, a 45cm wide dishwasher requires that you have to turn it on after every meal ... When complaining about the defects, we were turned away very unfriendly, there were no alternatives , we would be free to go home earlier. The fact that the second entrance gate could not be opened (we were there with three cars) no longer interested anyone, nor that the garden shed where the bicycles were parked could not be locked. Unfortunately, there were more shortcomings, but listing them now would go beyond the scope. Unfortunately we are very disappointed and would have expected more accommodation ...

Holiday homes offered on the Internet that were declared free are not bookable. Alternatively, houses are offered that are not worth seeing. This has happened several times, so this seems to be a method. We will never book with Ruiterplaat again.

We have often vacationed here and were always very satisfied. All staff are very friendly and speak German. The apartments were always very clean, well equipped and well located. The last time we booked directly to bicycles and even got one for free, as a person spontaneously came with. Only to be recommended! Happy again and again!
