Unfortunately honesty seems to be a long way off with this organization, they did not want to give a voucher in the corona outbreak. After several contacts we were able to get a voucher for arrival up to and including 16/4, as we were not going to arrive until 17/4 they couldn't give one. Since we had already paid 50% of the amount 2 months before and we had to pay the remaining 50% 1 month before arrival, so the day after the last email traffic, and they could not or would not give us any guarantee that we could receive a voucher for the entire amount due to corona, there was no other option than to cancel and waste 50% of the rent !!! Shame on you !!!!
