I ordered well before 4 p.m. but I don't get a call until a day later to say that it is busy and the skate I bought is sold out. There is no further thought or help to find a possible other skate. Bad service and unreliable store stock on their site.

Initially good contact with customer service about the shipment of a pair of skates that seemed to be delayed. I received track and trace through them. However, the package never appears to have been delivered to the delivery company. At the moment the track and trace code no longer works. The customer service has not picked it up itself and no longer responds to emails.

Available size ordered on the website and paid immediately. You will receive an email later with the size is sold out and you will get your money back. I hope so, but a big 1 for this company. Do not order here via the website !!

Ordered skates and refunded without any e-mail or other communication. And no delivery because not in stock. After e-mail they only point to alternative of 2x as expensive.
