It is a party to go to my Bodytec class in Goes every week. Nice staff first with Sacha now with Gino, good calm explanation and above all great coaching! After 3 months good results contouring and muscle strength improves. Would like to go 2x unfortunately my budget will not allow otherwise ..

Last year I started bodytec in combination with the vacushaper because after two pregnancies I really wanted to do something about the excess pounds. As someone who was never such a fan of sports, bodytec immediately appealed to me. The fact that you are done with an intensive workout in 20 minutes that also has an effect quickly is not a dream come true? I also find it very nice that you are not in a full gym, but with 2 or 3 people at the same time! After only two months there was such a clear difference in centimeters and kilos that I felt increasingly motivated to continue. How nice is it to get something you work hard for in such a short time! Of course this sport also requires discipline and perseverance, but fortunately they help you very well with Slim & beautiful. You work with fixed agreements, so "just don't feel like it" is not an option. That was really what I needed. In the meantime I have come to appreciate sports so much that I am bummed if I have to skip a week ... Besides a very nice way of exercising, I can highly recommend this salon because of the good and fine guidance in what you want to achieve. All trainers quickly know you by name because of the small-scale character and they all ensure a perfectly adapted training for you. I can only recommend Slim & beautiful!

fine guidance, nice fun girls. Better than at a big gym, I am very satisfied with it and it is nice to come here. I've been there for four years and will definitely continue.
