Best Two-wheeler center, I would like to thank you for solving the disruption in the system of my ebike, expertly and friendly, I was assisted, due to busy (high season) the ebike could not be read and updated immediately, you have me a loan ebike and I could pick up my own ebike later in the afternoon. You gave the loan bike free of charge, including new software installed without you, you found that a bit of service to the dealer and customer. I would like to thank you again for the good service and professional handling.

Sunday 29/07 I got stranded in Arnemuiden during my cycling holiday, with 4 broken spokes in the rear wheel. So overnight there. Monday morning I call Tweewielercentrum Zeeland in Arnemuiden and ask whether that can be repaired by telephone. The shop is closed and opens at 1 pm, the man who answered the call says, I should come over. At 1 pm I am on site, the manager of the shop comes to take a look and says coolly that he is not starting to do it: too much work, the wheel is bent, etc. etc .... I have to take the train ..... And he walks back into his shop ..... I call the bicycle assistance service (thanks Eneco!), They send a breakdown vehicle that will take me and my bicycle to the Profile bicycle shop in Middelburg. There the friendly technician tells me that it is no problem to replace the spokes. Half an hour later that is done, including the aiming (centering) of the rear wheel. What a difference with the case in Arnemuiden!
