Nice place, polite staff. The rooms are quite small but are good, the bed is not the best tho.

Spacious room with balcony, clean and tidy. Bathroom is outdated but still functions fine. Due to the restrictions of the lock down, there was no breakfast buffet, alternatively we could pick up breakfast in the morning; generous breakfast, fresh and diverse. Environment is wonderful for walking or cycling. Center is a five minute walk, beach fifteen minutes. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, really had a fantastic few days!

Pretty good in itself. The hotel could use some renovation. In our room there was a lamp that did not work. When we called someone in, the interior turned out to be completely brown and melted. Was immediately resolved with a standing lamp. The whole hotel could be a bit more modern, although it was neat, cozy (already Christmas everywhere) and clean. Staff was quite friendly. Especially kudos to the gentleman in the restaurant, ran like hell but did everything he promised and stayed friendly. We had a good meal. The only thing we found annoying was that this hotel is called "beach hotel" and so we expected to be very close to the beach. That is not true! And that was disappointing.

Upon entering, a tense atmosphere among the staff. The first thing to notice is that payment afterwards is not possible. Which causes unnecessary extra actions during your stay. For the rest, the location is good, close to the beach. Lovely walk and get a breath of fresh air. What is striking is that the reception appears to be closed before 9 am. Room service also appeared to be unavailable. Moreover, a reservation for the next breakfast also turned out. (Update: note: hospitality from the management is very low and does not expect cooperation in this. Example: I was called by telephone to provide proof of identity during my 3-day stay for no demonstrable reason) I consider this hotel to be one of the lowest scoring of all (Fletcher) hotels in terms of service. I strongly advise against this hotel for people who want to enjoy their stay in peace.
