Bizarrely Disappointing Shop !!! 1 star is still high! “Animal specialist”, if these are specialists it means that you need to have very minimal knowledge of a particular subject to become a specialist. Bought an aquarium with a veil tail. Aquarium + accessories has been put together by 1 of the “specialists” who work there. Aquarium had not been installed for a day and my fish was already stuck with its tail in the filter pump. The tail of my veil tail is now completely broken and torn off because the fish has been stuck for a while. Fortunately, I was quick but it could just have been that the fish had died! Is simply very pathetic. What seems? Filter pump is far too big and powerful for the size of the aquarium. So that's already wrong 1. Then I indicated this and then I got a new pump (the same as I had before but a new one because the old one might just not work properly). Turned out to have the same problem within a day (not really surprising). That's mistake 2. Then called again to ask what I should do. Sir came up with the best solution of all time; "Nylon stocking around the filter". Yes, that seems like a good idea. Maybe the gentleman should expand his range and simply sell the right filter pumps. I consider this to be error 3. In addition, I have not received an excuse in any conversation. What I was told is that sir tried with all his might to blame things except the pump bought there, sir even wanted to try to blame the fish. Does not seem normal to me. I therefore consider this to be error 4. The bottom line is that I simply will not be helped with the search for a really good solution. Not very professional. Error 5. I went to another pet store where they do sell good pumps. There I bought 1 and guess what? This pump works much better! Not really surprising if you buy a pump that is made for the right size of an aquarium. I will never ever buy anything here again! If I can give some advice to the people reading this: go to a pet store where they have a good assortment of stuff that will not help the tail of a fish or the fish itself to ...
