They claim that they value customer service. Little of that is noticeable. Ordered a package by post. Which can be kept for 1 week. Unfortunately I made a mistake myself in the letters of the zip code. Which brought the package back to their mat on day 6. After I had to ask myself how to proceed. I was told that I have to order and pay again and that I would receive a whopping 10% discount on the new purchase (€ 1.55 discount) Because they work with fresh products that have a shelf life of 1 week, they no longer want to send the ordered package. Quote; "This is more than we are obliged to and therefore good customer service." Chapeau Mr Nilsson fantastic service. I would like my money back.
