Restaurant De Wig

Food was very well presented (the picture is of the scallops dish). The service was okay, not very attentive. Portions were somewhat small, but that’s the style of this place. Outdoor, patio, and indoor seating was all available. Renesse is a tourist city, and this restaurant was as well - but served very artist, and delicious food.

Probably the better restaurant along the very touristic “strip” of Renesse. Very nice staff, good service. Winter and summer terrace.

I guess if you are hungry you won't starve here. The Bitterballen were good... but then it's hard to screw them up. We also ordered Nachos, which looked great as we walked by another table that had ordered them. They came with flavoured chips! And then the whole chips were put on the top layer... everything below, was at best a crumb... at worst Nacho-dust!! Slow, inattentive service.
