Here I was spontaneously helped on vacation in a breakdown. The dealership makes an impression and the workshop was great. Very friendly and tried hard with good results. The prices are good too! Thanks again for the quick help.
Was helped immediately, during our vacation in Renesse
Just before the holidays, she had her car checked and repaired at a garage in Amersfoort costs € 500. Drove to Zeeland and called the ANWB for a strange noise in the back on Wednesday 29-07-2015 the ANWB drove us to garage Landegent where they told us that the rear axle had to be replaced. The costs were if it was € 260 if it was stuck max € 360. Called on Thursday car was not ready wrong parts. Called myself on Friday at 4 o'clock, listen we have to get out of our Ladal greenparks house on Monday, answer the car is not ready yet and I cannot break my hands. Monday morning 03-08-2015 telephone the car is ready and costs € 460 euros. The chef negotiated through a secretary behind the counter about the price my daughter is tired and wants to go home and finally paid € 420.48. The garage never called that the amount would be higher than the € 360 Where can I file a complaint?
