What an incredible top service from this optician Derks in Druten. My sunglasses let go of the coating and therefore it was no longer pleasant to look through. Informed and that was resolved neatly and quickly, a new one came in tomorrow. It is also well arranged by this entrepreneur. Thanks for this fast and very good service Arjan van der Laan.

Hello all, My finding and judgment about Derk's optics is clear, I bought billiard glasses a year and a half ago and was not very happy with the glasses at first. After a phone call I was able to come back and my glasses got a little bit adjusted here and there and if I wanted to try again. I did that and now a year and a half later my judgment was still not good. Called again and was allowed to come back, measured again and it was found that the deviation should not be very pleasant for me. Above all, it was not difficult and new glasses came and I got them put in without fuss and costs. Now to about four weeks I am very satisfied with my glasses and I would almost say a warm shower for Derks Optiek. Fantastic help and really good service, think that many colleagues can take an example from that. Thank you for taking good care of your product. W. J. Lubbers

First class services and highest quality. Look no further in Druten and surroundings. Comfort lenses and Ray-Ban glasses with blue light filter bought, satisfied. Also very satisfied with my Nike sunglasses with exchangeable glasses.
