Beautiful, cozy small new hotel close to the beach and in very nice environment Will come back when spa is finished

We stayed in the Luxe Kamer for one night. It had a comfortable bed and the room looked clean and cozy. There was however a not so pleasant smell lingering in the room and throughout the hotel. We ordered dinner (which quality reflected the price), but had to call two times as the full order wasn't delivered. At 7.00 breakfast was supposed to be available, however this was not the case. When we arrived at 7.10 they were only preparing. Unfortunately we didn't have time to wait before departing. We experienced both good and to be improved service during our stay.

Fletcher Strandhotel Haamstede looks great from the outside, but is lacking service within the hotel. This newly built hotel opened a few months ago and that's noticable. Rooms are not complete; no minibar, coffee machine, kettle and shower gel. It seems that the staff are not properly trained yet, resulting in a lack of hospitality and very slow service at the restaurant. The spa is nice, but has hidden costs of almost 20 euro per person for renting required towels, slippers and a bathrobe. Could be a great Hotel in the future, but is currently falling short on good service, which you could expect from such a nice 4-star hotel!

Reallu nice hotel in a calm area and only a 20 minute walk away from the beach. We even saw some deers in the hotel premises. Very helpful staff and really nice service, even in the times of COVID. It was possible to order food from the restaurant, eating in the room (where they had provided a table to allow for a comfortable meal).

Rooms were cleaned but too less equipment, we didn t had enough towels. No coffee machine, no kettle,. Staff at the recpetion amd the kitchen were not friendly, except from the lady in the restaurant. Rules of safety regarding covid were a bit non adapted. When they wouldn t let us take food for our children breakfast (breakfast we paid) they didn t ask people to wear gloves nor to not use their hamds to pick up food. Lobely spot but the service is not good enough for my our standarts.
