All praise. I had broken my back in 2 places in Croatia. Repatriation was applicable and my insurance had turned to Medical Service Nederland. After application, the two of them were in Croatia within 2 days with the ambulance. They informed us of the progress and were on time. Immediately from the first contact I had a good impression, the two gentlemen acted with care, appeared professional and there was sufficient room for the necessary humor. I was afraid that my vertebrae would bother me a lot, given the quality of the road surface and the long drive. However, the stretcher and the car in combination with muscle relaxers were more than comfortable enough and I have not been able to complain for a moment. In total we had an 8 hour delay and drove 2 days, so we were forced to take a hotel. This was all neatly arranged and although the gentlemen were disappointed with the longer ride, they remained in good spirits. I would call them again next time.
