very unfriendly, a question is asked about an animal product and this is immediately slated, while further questions show that this person has no idea what it is actually about. it seems that because they don't sell this themselves, it automatically isn't a good product either.

For all things fixed prices are written on the bins and madam always adds 5, 10 or 20 cents per item. The first times I did not pay attention and suddenly I noticed .... unfortunately not only with me but with several customers and several times .. a great pity that you have to earn your money this way. As an excuse you always get yes yes I really have to write a letter with the prices then it will not go wrong but has still not done after a few months. Fortunately, many other fine pet stores in the area!
