The food is way too oily/ fried. The chips from the fish and chips were tasting like old fish because of the time spent in the same oil. Do not recommend to eat there. For a drink it is okay, ad the view and location are nice
Unfortunately, I would only come back to this place for its views. Super oily food, I could remove the oil with my napkin!
I couldn't finish my fish & chips, I was about to vomit with the food overcooked in oil.
Then, I ask for a crêpe, that was not a crêpe. It was a fried crêpe too with too much oil! Service was neither exceptional, slow and not very attentive. Nothing tasty or even acceptable, maybe ok to
drink something.
De Haven van Renesse (The Harbour of Renesse) has nothing to do with a harbour at all. But that’s not the point. It is just a strandbar/restaurant, but the humorous touch, the Welcome On Board and the many hints to ships and harbours just makes you happy. The staff is young, friendly and professional. Food and drinks are great. Lovely place !
