Was with my girlfriend to arrange for me to have access to her account too. Was not originally our intention, but came through another arrangement. We could understand that we had to wait outside for a while. After my girlfriend explained what the intention was and I indicated that I was not a customer of ABN Amro, the conversation was stopped: we had to make an appointment ... 😡 Recently went to ING to arrange the same and could be arranged WITHOUT an appointment. So it is possible ABN !!! VERY CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY !!!

Very customer-friendly treatment by an employee in Nieuwegein. This gentleman doesn't let you finish talking and tells you that customers come and go, that customers are numbers and that he doesn't care. Filed a complaint.
