I actually want to give 9 stars, because that figure is a much better reflection of the super positive experiences I have had with the maintenance of my camper. At about 2 weeks, this review is much too late for what I experienced as an extraordinary customer experience, but I still had to post a few words to close the season. AllCampers in Nieuwegein, Roel in particular, exude something casual. You feel immediately at ease as soon as you come in and for me that was just the start of an accumulation of unprecedented good experiences. The customers I spoke to were all very happy. When it comes to resolving technical defects at the big gas company, the good mood disappears as soon as you drive away with the bill in your pocket. I certainly do not want to say that AllCampers communicate "cheapness", because that would violate the very high level of professionalism. For "cheap" you don't get this high level of expertise, the transparency, the dedication, the time for explanation and the passion I have experienced here. With me the brothers are now in my list of permanent contacts and I expect that they will no longer disappear from them. Without saying it all those words at AllCampers, I observed the dedication, the eye for important details and the passion for the profession. The inevitable is now a fact: I am that returning, very satisfied customer, a happy camper. I could not have imagined a better end to the season.
