My car's engine was broken and I wanted to get rid of it. I did not know osw.nl yet. After I had registered the car, I was soon contacted and osw got to work. The price offered was close enough to the asking price. Unfortunately, the first garage that bought it suffered from amnesia, so it was canceled. Osw went back to work and found another company - Autodemontagebedrijf E. Kooy B.V. He was picked up, paid and rescued in accordance with the agreement. In short: without much fuss I got rid of my defective car for a price that I am happy with.

Signed up my car 1 week ago. Promise an offer within 24 hours. However, no offer has been received after 1 week. I have requested that my car be removed from their file and confirmed to me. As confirmation I received an email that I had 2 options: reduce the price and / or upload additional photos. Called again with a request to remove my car from the file and confirm this. Within 30 sec. again the same mail with the 2 options. Called again and asked for confirmation. They did not send a confirmation of this, but indicated that they had removed my car from their file. I have once again urgently requested confirmation. That was not possible through their automated system. Expressly requested, then send a personal confirmation to my email address. This was finally done. Strange way of working. Opaque. In short, promise a lot, but ......

What antisocial business, those guys on the phone really need an education course. After for me not understanding how the website works, I get a sales agreement sent. So call them to cancel this out. Then they all have prejudices why I suddenly do not want to continue with the sale (which has absolutely nothing to do with it) and they tell me that they have called me 5x, of which 1x is indeed true. So it's my own fault or something? Very strange behavior! Do not do business with them, because what an anti-social unprofessional company is this and apparently only after a fight.

Yesterday motorcycle offered for sale today already had a nice offer and accepted and the motorcycle was also picked up today. Everything well organized.

The registration procedure via the OSW website was simple and good. Uploading photos went well. Already within half a day I had an acceptable offer for the car. OSW consulted and advised me about this by telephone, and I agreed with the offer. The agreement with the purchasing party went well via Whatsapp and the car was picked up on the agreed date and time after payment and indemnification. I am very satisfied with how the procedure went and I heartily recommend OSW.
