Good and honest company. The communication is only quite difficult. Telephone accessibility is quite low and that is difficult if you have to wait for your car and they (understandably) are not ready on time. I could not get hold of them even if the same part was defective. Phone was diverted to the owner's mobile which at that time could not mean anything to me. All in all ... I still recommend doing business with the company. I do hope they do something about communication.

Bit of a grunt but otherwise neatly helped. Price was also decent. Love these types of small businesses with the heart in the right place.

Overall not a great experience .. On the first Saturday, after making a telephone appointment, I came by at 9:00 AM and hoped I could be helped immediately given the warm weather. Unfortunately, there was no suitable condenser plate in stock. It would be ordered the following Tuesday and I would be called back (!). The following week I had to call myself several times since - despite the appointment - there was no phone call with me. Condenser plate eventually turned up after some searching (huh huh). I was able - again after making an appointment with a lady on the phone - to come by the following Saturday at 09:00, just like the week before. On the second Saturday as agreed at 9:00 am. When I arrived, I was told quite bluntly to my surprise that the case would not open until 10:00 (?) and that another job had to be done. Hopefully that will indeed take an hour ("ha ha! Let's hope so!"). So more than an hour long for nothing to wait on a somewhat sad industrial site. Finally placed the condenser plate and refilled the installation. Cost: about EUR 400. So be definitely not 100% satisfied, a lesson "How Do I Treat My Customer Properly And Follow My Appointments" would not be out of place in this case. Postscript: You write in your comment "Have I treated you nicely now?" So no. The word "treatedD" is spelled with a "d" in this case. Good day!
