My bicycle was parked here after I had parked it dangerously on Vredenburgkade. Great laughs. Friendly staff!

Very annoying of course if your bike is removed by the municipality. But when you get so much negativity over you as a civil servant and you stay friendly like my experience, you deserve a positive review. Yes I was disappointed and yes there was no clear sign on the spot where I had put my bike (s) (bridge plompetorengracht) and yes I have to pay 13.55 per bike to get them back. And it is true that the people here just do their work, with modern means. And I choose to live in a city with an overload of bicycles. I got my copy in no time via a google search: 'cycle away utrecht'. And neatly fast and now both my bikes are back. For example, your bike will be on Mont Ventoux at one moment and at the municipal bicycle depot the next.

My own fault had my bicycle taken away and taken to a depot. Friendly people. They should have cut my chain lock but could have repaired it. Class, saves me a new lock.
