My mother bought a bra here for 100 euros that was already broken after 2 months. She logically wanted to return him. However, it was a lot of nagging, because she had lost the receipt, and it was necessary for the return. This while the purchase was told that the receipt was simply in the system. After my mother found the coupon, she went back and eventually got a new bra. When she picked up the bra, however, it turned out that all this nagging hadn't been necessary, because when she went to pick it up, she didn't get a receipt, because it was simply stored in the system. So the receipt was not necessary at all in the beginning, but the lady in the shop just didn't bother looking it up. Customer service is therefore not desirable and we will not come back here!
