I ordered an Iphone 12 Pro Max 256 Gb from the T-Mobile shop in Nieuwegein. I want to use this phone professionally. I ordered it on November 16, 2020 and I could already pick it up on November 18, 2020. I bought this phone without a credit and paid in full in one go. I bought the device because of the good camera and light sensitivity in the dark. However, there appeared to be a problem with this device, namely that in low light and sometimes also with more light, all reflections can be seen in the images of lamps and other objects, so that I cannot use the images professionally. On Youtube you can see many videos when you search for Iphone 12 pro Max lens flare issue or reflection issue. After having been in contact with Apple and also employees of the T-mobile online helpdesks, I was advised to return the device within the 14-day reflection period and to wait until the known problem has been remedied by Apple and then purchase it again. Unfortunately I was not allowed to return the device from the T-Mobile online service, as I purchased the device without credit, so I am not entitled to the 14-day cooling-off period. Seller Frank from the T-Mobile shop Cityplaza in Nieuwegein thought this was so sad for me that he decided, in consultation with his colleagues, to take back the device outside the rules and to refund me the full amount and because of the many times that I went to their store, to also give a 10 euro discount on my next invoice. This is to reimburse parking costs every few times. Frank informed me that if I want, I can simply adjust my agreement again with or without a device. He did advise me to do a small amount of credit so that I fall under the conditions that go with it, because without a credit you are not entitled to the 14-day reflection period. I am therefore very satisfied with the good service that Frank has given me on behalf of the T-Mobile shop Cityplaza in Nieuwegein. Despite the fact that the T-Mobile online service dropped me very hard, Frank took my complaint seriously and decided in my favor. I have now been able to return the device and have received the purchase amount within 48 hours. I also received a message from Frank that my subscription has been reset to the situation before the purchase of the device. Because I was helped so well, I give Frank and his colleagues from T-Mobile shop Cityplaza in Nieuwegein 5 stars *****

I bought a tablet at belsimpel with a t-Mobile subscription. The wrong Sim was delivered. From belsimpel I was referred to T-mobile customer service to request a new SIM card and I could declare these costs to them. This was on a Friday evening, and I really wanted to use the tablet for the weekend. The t-mobile customer service is closed on weekends. Difficult. When I was in the vicinity of t-mobile the next day, I took the SIM card with me and asked the employee of t-mobile Nieuwegein (Mr Emre) if I could buy a new SIM card with me so that I could still use it from my tablet's mobile internet. Within about 5 minutes, sir not only has a new SIM card for me, he has also transferred the number and activated the card for me. And that free of charge! What a service for a customer who has taken out a subscription through another store! I will certainly take out my next subscription for my telephone again at the counter in Nieuwegein and remain a regular customer here. Toppie! :)

Annoying staff, I don't ever need to hear every action if I just know what I want. Could have been away twice as fast if she didn't keep nagging me about more internet in my subscription.
