What rude people there say! I could have gone to my own doctor. Yes I could indeed have done that but I don't call every cough immediately. And pay my premium every month, but for what? You don't get help

I would like to express my dissatisfaction about your questionnaire (program assessment). Please read all my review! I called Sunday morning with the central. The telephonist does her job, answers all questions neatly, but I am not allowed to come according to her result! Wait until Monday is the advice to go to my own doctor. I'm going to be completely upset, as you will understand. (The girl can't help it, she does her job) I don't call the doctors post for nothing! Throat infection. Around 18:00 I also shed blood. At 10 p.m. I suffocate half in my mucus so I call the exchange again. I will of course no longer answer those questions as you understand and say that I want to come and the night cannot go on like this. If I am not allowed to come I will call 112. Fortunately I was allowed to come from the angel. Apparently I have a bacterial throat infection !!! Super link. Antibiotics got lucky. The doctor said to me, you did not volunteer. Staff is super there! So people here my advice. That computer program is no good at all, don't be fooled by a no! Now just wait and see if they will respond to this review! I'm curious. Finally, every person with common sense understands that this should not be the way things are done !!! Perhaps they should scratch their heads and take action there.
