Uninterested, unpleasant doctor (Grijzenhout) with whom, if he is already there, you have to argue your case very hard to get anything done to him at all. If that succeeds, then you seem to be happy with his 'help' in finding out what you don't have, but he refuses to think along with you about what you do have, or does he pass on referrals or not correctly. Switched to another doctor so.

Dr. Ballieux is a very nice doctor. She listens well, takes the time for you, takes your complaint seriously. She has humor and works carefully.
