The telephonists of care of the case are really the most annoying and worst kind I have ever experienced! They are rude, derogatory, knowledgeable, unhelpful and totally unsuitable. On one of the most difficult days of my life, due to illness and serious complications, I made the effort to call to let the occupational health and safety doctor know that I was not available for our call appointment that day. The occupational health and safety doctor had already said that given the situation he would understand if I could not answer. I wanted to do the right thing and therefore decided to report it properly that I could not record given the situation. The telephonist was incredibly rude and derogatory and refused to pass on my message to the health and safety doctor. She kept moaning that I was not allowed to cancel appointments - despite my explanation of the seriousness of the situation and mentioning the permission already given by the health and safety doctor in question. I have never been treated so bastardly, felt so powerless on such a terrible day, really outrageous !! Furthermore, it is extremely annoying that you always have telephone operators from the Utrecht branch on the line, even if you specifically call the number that is listed for another branch on their own site. And then they are also irritated by telephone operators that they have to divert you, yes duh! In addition, my experience is that if you call the telephonists you ask the shirt of the privacy sensitive data of your case while it does not concern and it is not necessary for their work - I just ask if they wanted to connect me to the branch I initially thought I would call by the number on their site. When they finally connect you, the misery starts again with the operator of that branch! Just drop it, what a misery that tent.
