I am very happy with the work Duran's team has done for the entire lighting system in my garden. During the four years I love in this house, the lights never worked and I was hesitant of calling an electrician to fix it.. afraid everything needed to be replaced and the costs I would incur. Duran's team came, found the problem, fixed the short circuit and managed to repair some of the existing cables while putting new wires in other parts. The job was done quickly (within one day) and the price agreement was clear from the start. All in all - good communication, punctual and professional service with a smile. I really recommend this company!
The people of Duran are friendly and listen carefully to your wishes. I find them reliable and they will come back if you are not satisfied with something. Sometimes you only notice later that something is not right, for example it turned out that the pipes were mounted on the beams, while I wanted to create a plaster ceiling with rachels and those pipes would get in the way. Then the pipes are simply diverted.
In our house in Utrecht a new group has been created so that we can connect a Quooker and extra sockets have been installed. This has been done carefully and professionally. We are very satisfied.
Pleasant contact, responds to emails, appointment could be moved without problems. He thinks along and communicates well about this. Eventually a new group was built and a pipe was drawn to our new hob. Very satisfied with the work and the price. Nice to have such a professional nearby.
