Tiles purchased at wonentegels.nl. In the photo they were light green, in the box at home they were completely white. Without any further color description. Mr. declared us crazy that we did not visit the store personally, Ahja may have a point. But even then, green should not turn white, but it was all up to us. Then just return the tiles personally. Again treated very inconsiderately, this time a lady. And she just had to see if I received the full amount for the opened packages. While an opened package makes no legal difference at all. They were moving, so if I wanted a receipt, I had to go to the neighbors for pen and paper myself. Fortunately I did that, because I have not heard anything anymore, mailed 5 times without answer, the phone is out. ( move ) Customer focus and legal basis is not a priority for these people. Received my first response and the money only after sending a reminder. If you are not as persistent as me, you may want to order somewhere else.
